Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and efficient workflow.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.





Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred, with knowledge of technology sales being advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos.
- Solid time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
