What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome every guest with confidence and warmth
- Take accurate orders using our POS system
- Handle cash and card payments with precision
- Keep the front clean, stocked, and service-ready
- Float with purpose — support the flow of service
- Maintain high standards for food presentation and hospitality
- Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Follow all FOH procedures and cash-handling policies
- Complete cleaning lists and maintain an organized workspace
- Support new team members and work closely with management

What We’re Looking For

- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-driven
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an asset (but we’ll train the right person)

The Physical Side

- Standing and moving for up to 8–10 hours
- Bending, reaching, and staying active throughout your shift
- Working in a high-energy, high-volume environment
