Position:

- Multiple relief caretaker positions

- Work sites are located in Alix, Bentley, Blackfalds, Bluffton, Eckville, Lacombe, Ponoka and Rimbey

- Duties to commence as soon as possible, pending successful application

- Possibility of obtaining a permanent caretaker position within the Division

- On site training will be provided

Salary:

- Hourly salary range: $21.56 to 22.82/hr. based on experience, with opportunities for annual wage advancement.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work on short notice and accommodate flexible hours

- Capable of working alone with minimal supervision, especially in the evening

- Physically able of performing all required duties, including but not limited to; lifting, bending, climbing ladders, moving furniture, operating equipment, and snow shoveling

- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.





- Willingness to perform tasks and remain versatile in the performance of duties.

- Previous history of excellent work habits and attendance records.

- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

- Ability to maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, school staff, students, and the public

- Previous school custodial experience would be considered an asset.
