Job Summary

Star Light Events is seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Event Décor Assistant to support event décor installations, styling, setups, coordination, and takedowns for weddings, corporate events, graduations, social events, and private functions throughout the GTA.

This is a casual, event-based position. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on event schedules and business needs. Shifts may be available during the day, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry event equipment and décor items




- Comfortable standing for extended periods and using ladders when required
- Available for casual shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to travel independently to event locations throughout the GTA using their own transportation arrangements
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
