Overview

At The Core Home Health Inc. is expanding our Home Cleaning division and is seeking a dependable, experienced, and detail-oriented Casual Head Cleaner to help lead our cleaning team throughout Durham Region.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable helping guide and support other cleaners while ensuring our clients receive consistent, skilled service.

Responsibilities

- As the Casual Head Cleaner, your responsibilities may include:
- Leading and coordinating residential cleaning assignments
- Performing hands-on residential cleaning
- Ensuring cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions are followed
- Maintaining consistent cleaning standards across client homes
- Helping train, guide, and support other cleaners
- Completing quality checks before leaving a client's home
- Communicating professionally with clients and management
- Reporting concerns, supply needs, damages, or unusual situations
- Helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within scheduled timeframes
- Maintaining client privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
- Following health, safety, infection-prevention, and company procedures

Assisting with weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time, deep-clean, and move-in/move-out service

- Able to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Able to identify when additional cleaning or attention is required
- Physically capable of completing residential cleaning duties
- Able to reliably travel between client homes throughout Durham Region

Previous professional residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience supervising, training, or leading other cleaners..

Experience working with seniors or in home-care environments is also considered an asset.
