Our client located in Toronto is looking for a hospitality-focused Catering Associate to join their team.

Working hours: Must be flexible to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Serve as a qualified ambassador, anticipate client needs, and support high-profile meetings and events with discretion.
- Coordinate the setup, delivery, and presentation of food and beverage services for meetings and conferences.
- Prepare boardrooms, kitchens, and client lounges to ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Monitor supply levels, coordinate vendor orders, and process related invoices.
- Ensure strict adherence to food handling, health and safety, and corporate service standards.
- Any other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in hospitality, catering, hotel, or corporate office environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, a polished skilled presence, and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and remain calm under pressure.




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic workplace technologies.
