Overview

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented CCTV Project & Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our surveillance and security systems. This pivotal role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV infrastructure while ensuring seamless integration with other telecommunication and low-voltage systems. Duties

- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of CCTV projects from initial blueprint reading to final deployment, ensuring all schematics and technical drawings are accurately interpreted.
- Manage day-to-day operations of CCTV systems, including monitoring surveillance feeds, troubleshooting hardware issues, and coordinating maintenance schedules.
- Oversee installation teams during construction phases, ensuring adherence to electrical codes, low voltage standards, and safety protocols using power tools and hand tools.
- Collaborate with construction teams to review blueprints, schematics, and sensor placements for optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of CCTV hardware, computer networking components, sensors, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and telecommunication equipment to ensure reliability and security.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, incident reports, maintenance logs,



and asset protection documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement of computer hardware, sensors, power supplies, and other essential components while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical systems and CCTV installations.
- Strong construction experience with knowledge of low-voltage wiring, power tools, hand tools, and mechanical assembly techniques.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components relevant to surveillance systems and networking infrastructure.
- Electrical experience including circuit design principles, power distribution, grounding practices, and safety standards.
- Expertise in CCTV technology including camera types (analog/digital), sensors, PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) mechanisms, and video management software.
- Knowledge of computer networking protocols such as TCP/IP to ensure secure data transmission across surveillance networks.
- Familiarity with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), schematics for telecommunication setups, and low-voltage system integration.
- Mechanical knowledge applicable to mounting hardware or structural supports for cameras and sensors in various environments.
