Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days)

Duration:6 months (extension to 12 months)

Pay range: $30/hr - $35/hr

- 3-5 years of OCM / Change Management / Transformation experience.
- Strong experience with Change Impact Assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience supporting large, cross-functional transformation programs .
- Strong change communications, readiness, training, and OCM deliverables experience.
- Hands-on executor who can independently drive deliverables and work effectively in ambiguity.
- Toronto-based and available to work 3 days/week onsite .
