Anticipated Normal Work Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday: 1:30pm-10:00pm
NOTE: This schedule is subject to change. Incumbent may be required to work weekends and evening hours. This schedule may require you to take up to 1 hour unpaid meal breaks depending on schedule.
Summary
Must have Red Seal, Certificate of Qualification or equivalent with a minimum 1-year practical experience as a Cook.
Must be able to work in very busy workplace keeping up with customer demands with a focus on front line customer service.
Required to work at all stations and performs all duties to help ensure prompt courteous customer service.
Plan and coordinates the efficient production of high-quality food and menu items. Help maximize profitability by consistently adhering to Sabretooth menu and recipe specifications as directed by Chef Manager.
Maintain a clean kitchen cooking area, equipment and refrigeration to meet Hospitality Services and Public Health standards.
Must adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure all logs are accurately completed.
Ensure completion of daily production sheets.
Must be able to work well in a team environment to produce food for all stations at Centro.
Provide direction to Hospitality Associates as required.
Must complete SMPL training and understand and follow all SMPL station protocols.

Education & Experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in the food service industry.
Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
Ontario Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent is required.
