Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Loring, ON. The CEO will provide overall strategic direction, set organizational priorities, and oversee execution across finance, operations, product development, sales, and marketing to drive growth and impact in the laboratory quality control market. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the senior leadership team, monitoring business performance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment between long-term strategy and operational plans.

The CEO will represent AWEsome Numbers Inc. externally with customers, partners, and industry bodies,



while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement. The role also includes guiding investment decisions, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong financial leadership skills, including Finance and Business Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of building efficient processes and scaling organizations.

- Demonstrated success in Strategic Planning, including setting long-term vision, defining objectives, and translating strategy into executable plans.

- Experience in Sales leadership, business development, or go-to-market execution within B2B or healthcare-related sectors.

- Relevant executive-level experience, preferably in healthcare, laboratory services, medical technology, or data/analytics-driven businesses.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

- Proven ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and promote an inclusive, ethical, and transparent culture.

- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
