About CRC

CRC Integrative Therapies is an established multidisciplinary clinic in Etobicoke providing integrated health and developmental services for children and families.

We are expanding with CRC MOTION – Integrated Health & Rehabilitation, a new clinical space offering rehabilitation and health services for children and adults, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic Care and Therapeutic Massage.

We are currently looking for a Registered Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team as an Independent Contractor and build a flexible adult and pediatric caseload.

The Opportunity

This position is ideal for a Chiropractor who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and providing individualized, evidence-informed musculoskeletal care.

The Chiropractor will have the opportunity to provide assessment and treatment for adult patients presenting with concerns such as:

- Back and neck pain
- Joint and musculoskeletal pain
- Postural concerns
- Mobility limitations
- Work-related or activity-related musculoskeletal complaints
- Mechanical dysfunction
- Functional limitations
- Other conditions within the chiropractic scope of practice

The Chiropractor may also provide care to pediatric patients when clinically appropriate and within their professional competence and scope of practice. Experience adapting assessment, communication and treatment approaches for children, including children with disabilities or developmental differences, is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive chiropractic assessments within the scope of practice established by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- Develop individualized and evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Provide chiropractic treatment and other appropriate interventions within professional scope and competence.
- Monitor patient response and progress and modify care plans when clinically indicated.
- Provide appropriate education, exercise and self-management recommendations.
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical records.




- Obtain and document informed consent as required.
- Communicate clearly with patients and, for pediatric clients, parents or caregivers.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Massage Therapists and other members of the multidisciplinary team when clinically appropriate.
- Refer to other regulated health professionals when a patient's needs fall outside the chiropractic scope of practice or the Chiropractor's individual competence.
- Maintain privacy, professional boundaries, documentation and clinical standards in accordance with Ontario legislation and CCO requirements.

QualificationsRequired
- Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO).
- Eligible to practise chiropractic independently in Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance meeting CCO requirements.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed and patient-centred care.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check if providing services to pediatric clients.

Preferred
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic.
- Experience treating adult musculoskeletal conditions.
- Experience providing pediatric chiropractic care within the chiropractic scope of practice.
- Experience adapting care for patients with disabilities or developmental differences.
- Experience collaborating with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Registered Massage Therapists.
- Experience with extended health insurance billing is an asset.

Compensation Independent Contractor – 60% of collected professional fees.

Compensation is based on completed professional services. There is no guaranteed minimum number of paid hours or patients at the beginning of the contract.

Schedule





This is a flexible part-time Independent Contractor opportunity.

We are initially looking for approximately 1–2 clinical blocks per week, with preference for:

- Afternoon availability
- Evening availability
- Saturday availability

The Chiropractor determines their availability and CRC schedules appointments within mutually agreed clinical blocks. There is no requirement to remain at the clinic during unscheduled time, and no minimum caseload or number of paid hours is guaranteed.

Additional clinical blocks may be added as the caseload develops.

Independent Contractor Model The Chiropractor determines their professional availability and may provide professional services to other clinics, organizations or through their own practice. CRC provides referrals according to client demand. No minimum number of patients or hours is guaranteed.

Compensation is based on completed professional services rather than reserved availability alone.
