Overview

Neocon, an award winning creative North American manufacturer is looking to add cleaners to our team; one for day shift (7am-6pm) and another for the night shift (7pm-6am). These shifts are Monday to Thursday, giving you a 3-day weekend. The overnight shift is also eligible for a shift premium. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, including employee kitchens, washrooms, stairways and hallways to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as loading and unloading of dishwater, washing tables, cleaning fridges, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed for cleaning equipment or facility infrastructure.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools efficiently to maximize effectiveness while minimizing waste.
- Support the setup and breakdown of cleaning supplies and equipment at the start and end of shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned promptly and thoroughly throughout the shift.

Experience





- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and puctual.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing extra care.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- A strong understanding of the English language, both verbal and written

Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 44.0 per week
