Location: Toronto and surrounding areas

Position: Part-time/casual

Pay: 22–25 per hour, based on performance

Requirement: Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle

Care Cleaning Toronto is hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners for high-end homes, family spaces, childcare centres, offices, commercial residential properties, and medical/wellness centres.

Responsibilities

- Complete residential and commercial cleaning assignments.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Follow company checklists, site procedures, hygiene standards, and PPE requirements.
- Use approved eco-friendly products and professional equipment.
- Use the Dupray Neat steam cleaner and Victory HOCI sprayer only after training and authorization.
- Protect client privacy and property.
- Report damage, hazards, incidents, and supply concerns.
- Maintain company tools and equipment.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel between jobs.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and clean for extended periods.




- Willing to wear required PPE, including black rubber gloves and closed-toe shoes in commercial spaces.
- WHMIS, background checks, references, and site-specific training may be required.

Pay and Opportunities
- Starting pay is 22 per hour, with the chance to advance to 25 per hour based on quality, reliability, professionalism, client feedback, and adherence to company standards.
- Bi-weekly pay by direct deposit.
- $50 monthly budget for approved work-related incidentals.
- Eligible employees may receive semi-annual performance bonuses. Bonus amounts and eligibility are determined by management and are not guaranteed.
- Training provided.
