White Spot Janitorial Services Ltd. is a Calgary-based commercial cleaning company, and we're growing our team. We currently have three different ways to work with us — read through and apply for the one that fits:

- Full-Time Cleaner (employee)
- Part-Time Cleaner (employee)
- Independent Cleaning Contractor (subcontract — self-employed)

Option 1: Full-Time Cleaner (Employee) Join our crew servicing commercial sites across Calgary, under the direction of your Area Manager, following site-specific cleaning specifications (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washroom sanitation, waste removal).

Requirements: Legally entitled to work in Canada · willing to provide a clear Criminal Record Check · reliable attendance · physical ability to perform cleaning duties · own transportation an asset.

We offer: Vacation pay per the Alberta Employment Standards Code (4% under 5 years, 6% at 5+ years), paid statutory holidays, [benefits if applicable], consistent hours.

Option 2 — Part-Time Cleaner (Employee)

Same role as above— ideal alongside school or another commitments.

Requirements: Legally entitled to work in Canada · willing to provide a clear Criminal Record Check · physical ability to perform cleaning duties.

We offer: Vacation pay per the Alberta Employment Standards Code,



paid stat holidays for hours normally worked, flexible scheduling.

Option 3 — Independent Cleaning Contractor (Subcontract)

Compensation: Contract rate per site, per service agreement — paid via invoice, not an hourly wage.

This is a subcontract / independent business opportunity — not an employee position. White Spot Janitorial Services Ltd. contracts with independent cleaning businesses and self-employed contractors to deliver services at client sites across Calgary under a service agreement. You complete services within the agreed service window per site — you manage how the work gets done — and invoice for completed services. Capacity to service more than one site or client is welcome.

Requirements: Own or willing to obtain WCB-Alberta personal coverage· own equipment/supplies or per contract terms · own transportation · ability to complete site specifications independently · valid business licence / GST registration an asset · site-specific screening (e.g., Criminal Record Check) may apply per client contract terms.
