Job Title: Residential & Commercial Cleaner

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as sub-contractors. This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Important Requirements:

- Must have prior cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both).
- Must speak Ukrainian or Russian.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Deep cleaning tasks as required
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure high standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:

- Must speak Ukrainian or Russian.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.




- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.

Schedule:

- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Flexible hours depending on client needs (weekdays, some weekends, or evenings may be required).

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
