We are hiring a Full time Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team!
The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising our cleaning staff and providing transportation for staff traveling from Calgary to Canmore for work.
Responsibilities
- Drive cleaning staff from Calgary to Canmore and back
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams
- Inspect completed Airbnb/vacation rental cleanings
- Ensure high cleaning and quality standards are maintained
- Communicate with staff and management
- Help train and support cleaning team members
- Address any issues that arise during the workday
- Ensure staff arrive on time and are ready to work
Requirements:
- Full-time availability, 5 days per week
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving between Calgary and Canmore daily
- Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work independently and lead a team
- Flexible to work weekends
Work Area: Calgary → Canmore Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week
