We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and wants to grow with a company rather than simply work a job.

What You’ll Do

- Provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services in clients’ homes
- Complete standard and deep cleaning services
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces
- Pay close attention to small details and finishing touches
- Follow Lustrous Living’s cleaning standards and procedures
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly presence in clients’ homes
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Help create an experience that leaves our clients feeling proud and comfortable in their homes
