THE JOB: Client Services Administrator The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $57,6160 - $71,450
Reporting to the Advisory Services Manager, the Client Services Administrator (CSA) is responsible for seamless insurance application service coordination for our members who work with Doctors of BC insurance advisors. The CSA provides administrative support to the Insurance Department, assisting advisors in preparing for insurance review meetings with our members, following up with members to submit life and disability insurance applications, and reviewing and submitting insurance applications.
This role is often the first point of contact for our members who have questions or need assistance navigating the insurance application and administration process and provides excellent customer service and timely, efficient follow-up. Alongside these duties, the Client Services Administrator maintains comprehensive documentation of all interactions with members and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING
- High school graduation supplemented by post-secondary education or technical training, as well as one year of related experience; OR an equivalent level or related work experience in lieu of post-secondary education may also be considered.
- Life and Accident Insurance License preferred but not required
- Experience working with customer relationship management systems and strong understanding of the need for excellent documentation
- Superior interpersonal, oral communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent writing skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written communication.
- Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands, and to seek leadership direction and support with priority setting when needed.
- Excellent computer skills using Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
