Your role as Client Services Coordinator This exciting position combines on-site and in-office responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and values meaningful client interactions. Your role will involve:

· Office Administration: creating client quotes and following up on emails / inquiries while in office

· Customer Site Engagement: Visit client locations to conduct walk-throughs, build relationships, and inspect facilities to ensure quality and satisfaction.

· Project Oversight: Be present during work completion to ensure excellence, address any issues, and maintain high standards.

· In-Person Sales Calls: Represent Facility Plus to new and existing clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.

· Lead Follow-Ups: Meet with new leads in person to assess requirements and showcase our solutions.

· Customer Service & Problem Solving: Act as the face of Facility Plus, ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and confident in our services.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

· Direct Experience and Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. A proven track record in a client-facing service role that requires regular use of Excel,



CRM/database systems and technology.

· Project Coordination Expertise: Experience managing projects or similar responsibilities is an asset.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong working experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and the ability to confidently organize, track, and analyze information using spreadsheets. Demonstrated experience working within CRM systems, databases and other business software, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology.

· Travel Flexibility: A willingness and ability to travel to client sites.

· A demonstrated track record of progressively taking on responsibility and establishing meaningful tenure within previous roles.
