About the Role

We are seeking an empathetic, tech-savvy, and highly detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our clients team. This is a pivotal role dedicated to improving our clients' financial situations and guiding them on their journey to becoming debt-free.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, discussing sensitive financial topics with the utmost professionalism. You will conduct phone calls and manage email communications to gather critical information, and ensure immaculate data entry.

Shift & Schedule Flexibility

We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, choosing between a full 40-hour workweek or a shorter schedule of at least 30 hours.

- Weekend Requirement: Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM are mandatory.
- Weekday Shifts: Afternoon shifts from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Days Off: You will receive 2 consecutive days off between Monday and Friday.

Major Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients via phone and email to understand their financial hardships and accurately collect data.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track, update, and manage the client’s journey seamlessly.
- Document Coordination: Request, obtain,



and review source documents to supplement essential legal documentation.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange follow-up meetings between your clients and other internal team members.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous, accurate notes of all client discussions to ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
- Communication: Promptly answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients and manage a high volume of email correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education & Experience: Background in Sales, Business, Finance, or a related field, with specific experience in personal financial services.
- Communication Excellence: Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to discuss sensitive financial matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced comfort in a paperless office setting. You must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), HubSpot (or similar CRM), and PDF software (specifically combining and annotating documents).
- Data Accuracy: Proven experience with high-quality, precise data entry and administrative multitasking.
