Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our healthcare facility. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the clinic staff, including medical and administrative personnel
- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes using electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or similar platforms
- Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards across all clinic activities
- Facilitate communication between medical staff, human resources, and external partners to support smooth clinic functioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, billing information, and staff schedules
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training,



and performance evaluations for clinic personnel

Requirements

- Proven experience in dental or medical office management with strong supervisory skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix or comparable platforms
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital or acute care environments
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning within a healthcare setting
- Background in human resources functions including staffing, conflict resolution, and team development
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and safety protocols
- Prior experience in nursing or hospital settings is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
