Health seeks a full-time Clinical Manager to enhance operations in its PACU and Endoscopy units.

Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of patient-centered care and optimizing services through strategic planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient delivery of patient services
- Promote and implement best practice models
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Champion program goals aligned with strategic priorities
- Support staff development through coaching

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master’s in Nursing or related field highly encouraged
- At least five years of relevant clinical experience
- Proven leadership in complex care settings
