As a Clinical Manager, Psychological Assessments, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct psychological assessments and prepare comprehensive, high-quality clinical reports
- Complete 2-3 assessments per week while meeting established service, quality, and accreditation standards
- Provide clinical consultation and guidance to staff and external assessment associates
- Support quality assurance initiatives, including assessment protocols, psychometrics, report templates, and best practices
- Maintain strong relationships with external assessors and communicate updates to processes and standards
- Identify training and development opportunities within the assessor network and support coaching and onboarding activities
- Deliver workshops, educational presentations, and orientation sessions as required
- Support customer meetings and respond to client and internal inquiries related to assessment services
- Assist with service delivery improvements, client feedback review, and resolution of service concerns
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assessment services and clinical excellence across the organization
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Psychology required
- Registration as a Psychologist with the applicable provincial regulatory body required
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in psychology, including assessment and diagnosis
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic categories, particularly substance use and adult mental health conditions
- Training and experience in psychometric testing, clinical interviewing, and psychological assessment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; French language skills are an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, consultation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and external clinician networks
- Commitment to quality improvement, professional standards, and ethical clinical practice
- Experience providing substance use assessments and treatment recommendations is an asset (where applicable)
- Awareness and acknowledgement of the value of using measurement-based care when supporting patients/clients to help guide clinical decision making; experience an asset
