About the Prospect

Reverba is seeking a compassionate, organized, and self-motivated Clinical Outreach Coordinator to join our Clinical Education Team. In this role, you will connect directly with patients and caregivers to help them access important education, resources, and support throughout their healthcare journey.

Through thoughtful phone outreach, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up, you will help ensure that every patient and caregiver receives a professional, respectful, and supportive experience. You will also serve as an significant connection among patients, caregivers, clinical educators, and internal team members.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with patients and caregivers by phone, understands medical terminology, learns technology quickly, and can independently manage multiple priorities. Because this role supports both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals, professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required .

What You’ll Do

- Conduct inbound and outbound phone outreach with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and caregivers.
- Communicate healthcare and program information clearly, compassionately, and in a culturally respectful manner.
- Introduce and explain available patient education and support programs using language that is easy to understand.
- Answer questions within the scope of the role and appropriately escalate clinical, safety-related, or program-specific concerns.
- Serve as a trusted and professional point of contact for patients, caregivers, clinical educators, clients, and internal team members.
- Coordinate follow-up activities among patients, caregivers, field-based clinical educators, and internal partners.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and program information within CRM systems and other secure digital platforms.
- Track outreach activity, appointments, follow-up needs, and program participation to support timely service and accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation in accordance with program and client requirements.
- Protect patient privacy and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and reporting requirements, including HIPAA and Adverse Event reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to strengthen communication, workflows,



and the overall patient and caregiver experience.
- Identify opportunities to make outreach processes more efficient, consistent, and effective.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish , with the ability to communicate healthcare-related and potentially complex information with clarity, empathy, and sensitivity.
- Comfort conducting frequent phone outreach and speaking directly with patients and caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
- A self-motivated, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to communicate healthcare-related information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, active listening, and the ability to help others feel heard and respected.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications, email, virtual meeting platforms, and web-based systems.
- Ability to learn and confidently navigate CRM databases, secure patient-information systems, and other digital tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Accurate and professional documentation skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and time-sensitive follow-up activities in a remote environment.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive patient information.
- Availability to work business hours aligned with program and patient needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare organization, patient-support program, clinical education setting, insurance environment, contact center, or health-services operation.
- Education, training, or professional experience in a medical or healthcare-related field.
- Familiarity with patient outreach, patient education, clinical trials, or healthcare-program coordination.
- Experience using CRM systems, telehealth platforms, or other digital communication tools.
- Prior experience supporting patients or caregivers in both English and Spanish.
- Residence in the Eastern Time Zone.

Compensation noted on this post is in CAD currency. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
