Cloud and Business Applications Specialist - M365 and Azure

The Cloud and Business Applications Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing the organization’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, while supporting a diverse portfolio of business applications beyond the ERP system. This position will help drive secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions while ensuring business-critical applications are accessible, integrated, and effectively managed from implementation through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration

- Administer Microsoft 365 services
- Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online
- Manage Azure resources including virtual networks, storage accounts, and data lakes
- Planning and implementation of cloud systems and integration into Azure
- Configure and customize systems to meet user needs
- Leveraging advanced features and functionality to optimize performance and usability
- Design and document scalable, secure cloud architectures aligned with business needs




- Develop integration strategies for connecting cloud services and applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management
- Understanding of data lake architecture and cloud integration strategies
- Experience supporting business applications in a mid-sized organization
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300)
- Experience in mining, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to SAP ByDesign or similar ERP systems (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and Power Platform tools
