About the Role

Our production workshop and warehouse in Woodbridge specializes in processing aluminum sheets and extruded aluminum profiles for exterior cladding and facade projects.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Aluminum Manufacturing and Warehouse Technician who possesses strong technical knowledge and speaks Turkish. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for CNC production processes, while also supporting warehouse operations and workshop maintenance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery for extruded aluminum profiles safely and accurately.
- Perform cutting and processing of aluminum sheets according to technical drawings, measurements, and production instructions.
- Prepare aluminum sheets to meet the specific requirements of exterior cladding projects.
- Set up machine parameters and perform regular checks on cutting bits, tools, and materials.
- Conduct dimensional and quality control checks on finished parts.
- Identify and resolve basic machine and application issues during production.
- Work carefully and efficiently to minimize material waste.
- Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production workshop environment.
- Support warehouse operations when needed, including material receiving, placement, counting, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Assist with the movement of aluminum sheets and finished products between the warehouse and the production area.
- Support incoming and outgoing material inspections, organization, loading, and unloading.
- Help maintain organized inventory and prepare materials as required.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety regulations.




- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to follow daily work schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience operating CNC routers or similar CNC machinery on extruded aluminum profiles.
- Knowledge of processing aluminum sheets, aluminum composite panels, or exterior cladding materials (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and cutting plans.
- Proficient in using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming, file uploading, and machine setup.
- Suited for working in a production workshop and warehouse setting.
- Willing and able to assist with material handling, packing, loading, and unloading when required.
- Physically fit and adaptable to an active working environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision, quality, and workplace safety.
- A team player who is responsible, reliable, and takes ownership of their duties.
- Must speak Turkish.
- Must have a working knowledge of English to understand work instructions and handle basic workplace communication.
- Must possess a valid legal work permit for Canada.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute regularly to the Woodbridge location.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Experience in the exterior cladding, architectural panel, or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, CAM software, or other CNC production software.
- Knowledge of aluminum cutting, channel routing, drilling, bending preparation, and panel production processes.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory tracking, material receiving, or shipping processes.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse/workshop equipment, with a valid certification.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
