:

- Study drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the sequence of machining operations using knowledge of shop mathematics, metal properties, and the methodology and procedures of machining.
- Verify conformance of the detail to specifications by using measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, micrometers, Vernier, and fixed gauges.
- Recognize the functions of the specific Controller capabilities program parameters to load, evaluate and run a specific program.
- Input additions, deletions and changes to the machining program as instructed by the CAM department.
- Decide and ensure assigned functions can be completed on specific machines.
- Must have at least 5 years' experience for the wage mentioned above (willing to look at candidates with less experience but wage will change)
- Must have experience with at least on or the other - Fanuc and/or Heidenheim controllers
