We are looking for a reliable CNC Operator to join our cabinet manufacturing team. We manufacture cabinets, doors, millwork, and architectural components for multi-family and custom projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a rapid-paced production shop, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of the quality and output of their machine.

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC nesting machines for cabinet and millwork production
- Load sheets of melamine, MDF, plywood, and other panel products
- Unload and organize finished CNC parts
- Verify parts, dimensions, machining, and labels before sending material to the next production stage
- Load and run CNC programs
- Change router bits and drill bits as required
- Check tooling condition and replace worn or damaged tools
- Perform basic machine setup and daily maintenance
- Monitor cut quality and make adjustments when required
- Keep the CNC and surrounding work area clean and organized
- Identify production or machine issues before they result in wasted material
- Coordinate with edgebanding, assembly, and other shop staff to keep production moving

What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC experience in cabinetmaking, woodworking, millwork, or a similar manufacturing environment




- Experience operating nested-based CNC routers is strongly preferred
- Ability to read shop drawings and understand cabinet parts
- Comfortable using computers and CNC software
- Good understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and basic CNC operation
- Able to accurately use a tape measure and other measuring tools
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic problems
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to lift and handle sheet goods and cabinet components safely

Experience with Homag/Weeke, WoodWOP, SCM Morbidelli/Maestro, or Mozaik is an asset but not required for the right candidate.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
