Commission Sales Representative

CtrlAtlas Inc. is seeking driven commission-based sales representatives to generate new business across our growing service divisions:

- CIP: Networking, structured cabling, security cameras, access control, Wi-Fi, AV and smart-building infrastructure
- Renova: Residential and commercial renovations, maintenance and general contracting
- MOROVA: Visual merchandising, retail execution and brand presentation

Responsibilities

- Identify and contact residential and commercial prospects
- Generate qualified leads and secure project opportunities
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media and local networking
- Gather client requirements and coordinate estimates with management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups
- Support long-term client relationships and repeat business

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with no capped earning potential.
- Commission is paid on approved, completed and paid projects
- Additional commission is available for repeat business
- CtrlAtlas provides quoting, project planning, service delivery and operational support
- Strong performers may qualify for expanded responsibilities as the company grows

Requirements

- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable contacting businesses and property owners
- Self-directed and results-focused
- Reliable phone, computer and internet access
- Sales, construction, technology, property management or B2B experience is an asset
- A vehicle is helpful for local meetings but is not required for remote outreach
