Purpose of the role

ORCONNECT engages you to deliver community-based marketing, brand awareness, and lead generation ("the Services"). The aim is to use your standing and networks in your community to promote ORCONNECT's services in an authentic, compliant way—not high-pressure sales.

What you'll do

- Use positive faith, your community network, and your best efforts to build awareness and qualified interest.
- Choose when and where you work, within an agreed baseline (see below). ORCONNECT does not dictate exact methods—you decide how to engage your community responsibly.
- Represent the brand consistently with materials and training we provide.

Contractor relationship (important) You are engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee. This is not a partnership or joint venture. You are responsible for your own tax, superannuation, and insurance arising from the engagement. You must hold a valid ABN and issue tax invoices for payment.

Time commitment & pay

- Baseline: at least three (3) hours per week of Services.
- Rate:



$35.00 AUD per hour, exclusive of GST (if applicable to your registration).
- Extra hours: you may request more hours in a given week (e.g. events, campaigns). Any increase above the baseline must be pre-approved in writing or verbally by the Marketing Lead (Hassan) or the Director.

Invoicing & payment
- Submit a valid Tax Invoice (including your ABN) on an agreed cycle: fortnightly or monthly.
- ORCONNECT pays undisputed invoices within 7 days of receipt by EFT to your nominated account.

Communication & support
- Weekly: short informal check-in (phone or WhatsApp) with the Marketing Lead—updates, opportunities, support.
- Monthly: review with the Director (Innocent Tshilombo) on strategy and community feedback.
- Resources: marketing collateral (digital and print), brand guidelines, and product training so you can speak accurately about ORCONNECT offers.

Confidentiality & conduct You must keep non-public information about ORCONNECT's business, customers, strategies, and pricing strictly confidential during and after the engagement. ORCONNECT may end the agreement immediately if conduct could damage its reputation.

Term & ending the agreement

- The contractor agreement runs from signature until terminated.
- Either party may end the agreement for any reason with seven (7) days' written notice.
- The agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria.

- A written statement (min. 40 characters) on why you are a strong fit and how you would engage ethically.
- Acceptance of our privacy handling and confirmation that your information is accurate.
