Peak is a not for profit organization with a Lethbridge base that provides supports to people with developmental disabilities. Unlocking doors in our community for people with disabilities is Peak's main objective. These doorways include programs that aim to improve quality of life through the strengthening of skills.

Within our Day Program and Residential Services Programs, Peak is urgently hiring Community Disability Services Workers. You will be empowered to help people with an intellectual disability to reach their personal, skilled, and social ambitions in this career.

We are hiring for the residential program:

Residential Services: Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

To be eligible for Residential, evening and weekend availability is required.

The starting wage is between $20.10 and $20.55 per hour. You get paid more per hour if you work evenings and weekends! The benefits of working for our agency are:

Requirements are:

- a valid class 5 driver’s license
- a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Clean Child Intervention Check
- Confirmation of Insurance with 2,000,000 liability coverage.
