Community Sales Specialist – HarmonyCrew Home Health Care

HarmonyCrew Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Community Engagement & Business Development Specialist to help grow our presence in the community, develop referral partnerships, and generate new client opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships, meeting people, and driving measurable growth in a healthcare or senior care environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centres, home health providers, pharmacies, senior centres, and community organizations.
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings, coffee chats, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking opportunities with community partners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships that generate qualified referrals and new client opportunities.
- Conduct consistent outreach and relationship-building activities with referral sources and community partners.
- Represent HarmonyCrew Home Health Care at community events, senior expos, trade shows, healthcare meetings, and networking events.
- Educate community partners about HarmonyCrew’s home-care services, service areas, and client referral process.
- Collaborate with leadership on local marketing and brand-awareness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, follow-up, referral information, and relationship management within the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on meetings, referral activity, opportunities, and results.
- Meet or exceed established outreach, referral, and business-growth goals.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, home care, senior living, or a related industry is preferred.
- Existing relationships within the local healthcare,



senior-care, or community-services sector are considered an asset.
- Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with excellent follow-up.
- Comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the community meeting new partners.
- Comfortable conducting cold outreach by telephone, email, and in person.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn CRM systems quickly.
- Valid BC driver’s licence and access to reliable insured transportation are required.
- Ability to travel throughout Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and nearby communities.
- Additional language skills, including Punjabi or Hindi, are considered an asset.

Job Details
- Job type: Part-time, full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, based on relevant experience
- Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday during daytime business hours
- Occasional evening or weekend community events may be required
- Work location: On the road throughout the assigned territory
- Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business travel
- Chance for additional hours as the company grows
