Responsibilities

- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve the desired surface quality.
- Set forms and molds accurately according to blueprints and schematics to ensure proper dimensions and alignment.
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials to strengthen concrete structures, following detailed plans and specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for tasks like concrete placement, leveling, and surface preparation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities effectively.
- Perform masonry work, including patching cracks, sealing joints with caulking, and restoring existing concrete surfaces for renovation projects.




- Collaborate with carpenters, welders, masons, and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks seamlessly during construction or renovation projects.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or restoration.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on skills in operating power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics accurately to follow project specifications.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, flooring installation, welding, caulking, and masonry techniques.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing demanding manual tasks in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics essential for precise execution of project plans.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship during concrete finishing or renovation projects.
