We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Labourer to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various concrete-related tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on expertise and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, including setting up and dismantling formwork using carpentry skills and hand tools
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints
- Learn to perform concrete finishing tasks including leveling, and applying textures using trowels and power tools
- Support masonry and restoration
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing materials during construction processes




- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and all on-site activities to maintain a safe work environment

Skills

- experience in rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Skilled in carpentry practices relevant to formwork
- Capable of heavy lifting while maintaining proper safety standard
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in construction environments
- Previous concrete or construction experience is an asset, but we will train motivated candidates.
