Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Ready Mix Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate specialized trucks to deliver high-quality concrete to various construction sites, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Duties

- Safely operate concrete mixer trucks and other heavy equipment required for delivery and site preparation
- Load, transport, and unload ready-mix concrete at multiple construction sites with precision and care
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation and delivery processes
- Assist with site activities such as paving, concrete forming, or finishing as needed to support project timelines
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers,



and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge of trucks, mixers, and construction equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Construction experience with familiarity in paving, concrete forming, or finishing techniques
- Heavy equipment operation skills including loader operation, excavator handling, or other machinery used on construction sites
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license appropriate for heavy vehicles
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and construction environments
- Ability to operate concrete mixers efficiently and accurately during delivery processes
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and site personnel
