Condominium Manager | Senior Manager Opportunity

Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to join our Edmonton team.

A key focus of this position is communication, continuity and dependable follow-through.

Our service model is built around keeping our clients, condominium Boards, owners, vendors and business partners informed. We believe strong property management means more than resolving an issue — it means communicating throughout the process, providing timely updates and ensuring stakeholders understand what is happening and what comes next.

We are looking for a manager who naturally communicates proactively rather than waiting to be asked for an update.

For the Condominium Manager position, we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of condominium management experience

• Applicable Alberta condominium management licensing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong relationship management with Boards, owners, vendors and contractors

• Proven ability to provide frequent and meaningful client updates

• Strong computer and technology skills

• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance coordination,



capital planning and bylaw administration

• Strong organization, judgment and problem-solving abilities

• Consistent follow-through and the ability to maintain continuity across multiple priorities

Senior Manager opportunity

Candidates with 5+ years of condominium management experience and proven leadership experience may be considered for a more senior role.

At this level, we are particularly interested in candidates who can help strengthen communication and service standards across the department, mentor other managers, support continuity during portfolio transitions, improve processes and provide leadership when complex matters arise.

The successful candidate will oversee the financial, administrative and physical management of condominium properties while maintaining robust working relationships with Boards, owners, contractors, vendors and internal team members.

We are especially interested in someone who is sharp with technology, confident in their communication, strong in follow-through and capable of seeing both the details and the broader operational picture.
