Role Description The Condominium Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton, ON, responsible for the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial condominium properties. This role oversees building operations, including coordination of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services to ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations.
The Condominium
Manager prepares and maintains documentation such as meeting minutes, notices, reports, and resident communications, while supporting the Board with agendas, follow-ups,
and implementation of decisions. The role includes assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, reviewing invoices, and collaborating with accounting teams on financial reporting.
The Condominium
Manager also responds to resident inquiries, addresses concerns, enforces condominium rules and policies, and works to foster a positive, respectful community environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in condominium or property management, including building operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and use of property management or office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic financial literacy, including familiarity with budgets, invoices, and reporting related to property operations.
- Knowledge of condominium legislation, bylaws, and industry best practices in Ontario (or willingness to learn and maintain current knowledge).
- Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, multi-property setting.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-service mindset aligned with CIE’s values of Community, Integrity, and Efficiency.
- Relevant certification or designation (such as condominium management licensing in Ontario) and prior experience with residential or commercial condos are strong assets.
