Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Vendeur Automobile to join our energetic sales team AT DEMIRCI AUTO ! In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and expert guidance on our premium vehicle offerings. Your enthusiasm for automobiles combined with your sales expertise will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to our dealership’s success.

Duties

- Actively engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building a robust sales pipeline for high-end vehicles.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Support the marketing team by promoting dealership promotions and special offers to attract new customers.
- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer value.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs,



answering inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in dealership or retail automotive sales, with a strong emphasis on high-end vehicle transactions.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities including Spanish are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse sales pipeline efficiently.
- Knowledge of sales management techniques, upselling strategies, and marketing principles.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing and financing discussions.
- Previous experience in dealerships or automotive industry preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for cars is essential!
