Duties

- Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and setup to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws to support carpentry, framing, and other building activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements.
- Perform restoration work including surface preparation, painting, caulking, and sealing to enhance building longevity and appearance.
- Support plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other specialized tasks under supervision.
- Operate basic equipment and tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.




- Assist with construction painting and other finishing work to achieve quality results on time.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction environments.
- Previous construction experience demonstrating familiarity with building sites and safety practices.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read blueprints or schematics.
- Ability to perform caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems and welding processes is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning current skills on the job.
