Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, and flooring installation to ensure project progress.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks like caulking, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate execution of work.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or safety barriers.
- Support restoration projects by helping with demolition, surface preparation, and finishing work.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Perform general site maintenance including material handling, waste removal, and basic repairs as needed.

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or plumbing is a plus.
- Experience with construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration projects is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to learning new skills on the job.
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
