We are looking for a reliable full time Construction Laborer to join our residential framing crew, where you will mostly work 10 hours a day (sometimes dropping to 8 hours depending on the site progress) to bring your weekly total to around 60 hours most of the time. Your hourly pay will depend entirely on your experience—total beginners start at minimum wage ($18.50/hr) while those with skills and experience can quickly reach the maximum rate ($22.50/hr). Our framing projects move around the Lower Mainland, with work located in Richmond about half the time, alongside sites in Surrey, Coquitlam, and Vancouver and we can offer a ride to the job sites for our workers .
We take care of our crew by offering a highly flexible schedule and we provide daily rest periods including a morning coffee break to start the shift and a lunch break after that.
Responsibilities include lifting heavy lumber, keeping the residential site clean and organized, and using basic tools safely, meaning all applicants must be punctual, and arrive with their own required PPE consisting of steel-toe boots and safety glasses, while we will provide the work gloves for you on site.
Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
