We are a Richmond-based construction company looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team long term.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience

Position: Full-Time

About the Position

This is a general construction labourer position with the opportunity to learn and operate equipment. The successful applicant will be trained to work on a rock truck, compactor, water truck, and other equipment as needed.

No experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right person.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between different job sites during the day
- Hardworking and comfortable with physical work
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to learn
- Looking for a long-term position

Construction or equipment experience is an asset but not required. If you're dependable, willing to work hard and interested in learning how to operate construction equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
