Zach Wise Painting is expanding for the peak summer season! We are currently seeking driven, coachable individuals to join our field team from September 1st - November 1st. Available Roles
1. Field Painter

Perfect for anyone who enjoys physical work, fresh air, and seeing the tangible results of their labor. You will handle interior and exterior painting projects. Because we work on various job sites, comfort working on ladders and at heights is absolutely mandatory.

1. Crew Leader

Ready to take ownership? This role combines hands-on painting with real-world management experience.



You will oversee site safety, handle client communication, train incoming painters, and keep production on schedule. Additional responsibilities come with increased pay—let us know if you want to be considered for leadership during your interview!

Job Requirements

- Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to travel to various job sites across Lethbridge.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in summer weather and comfortably handle heights/ladders.
- Reliability: Strict punctuality and strong communication skills are essential.
