Experienced Construction Worker Wanted – Cheroke Modular Homes

About Us:

Cheroke Modular Homes is a current modular home construction company specializing in high‑quality residential modular units built in our warehouse and installed on customer sites across Ontario. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and dependable construction worker to join our team.

Role Overview:

This position involves work both in our warehouse (modular home assembly, framing, prepping units) and on job sites. We need someone who is skilled, adaptable, and confident in all areas of residential construction.

Responsibilities:

- Framing
- Insulation
- Drywall installation
- Taping and mudding
- Flooring
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Painting
- Siding
- General repairs and finishing work

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of construction experience (residential or modular)




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must know how to operate tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor job‑site environments
