Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to prepare sites and move materials efficiently
- Assist with paving activities, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to execute construction tasks accurately and safely
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and setting up scaffolding or barricades
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks,



ensuring smooth workflow across different phases of construction projects
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and organizing tools and materials regularly

Skills

- Proven experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively in various conditions
- Skilled in paving techniques for roads, driveways, or other surfaces requiring durable finishes
- Excellent physical stamina with the capability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
