YOUR CHALLENGES Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of training sessions and consulting services projects while maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure a high-quality experience and adherence to project timelines.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

- Coordonner la logistique et les calendriers des formations et projets des services-conseils;
- Planifier et optimiser les horaires et ressources des conseillers/formateurs;
- Assurer une communication proactive et claire avec les clients et l’ensemble des parties prenantes (internes et externes) afin de garantir leur satisfaction et une expérience fluide;
- Répondre aux demandes clients en proposant des solutions adaptées et en assurant un suivi rigoureux des opportunités;
- Participer à la préparation et au suivi des offres de services en collaboration avec les équipes internes;
- Suivre l’avancement des projets et ajuster les échéanciers, priorités et ressources selon les besoins;
- Assurer l’équilibre des paramètres clés de gestion de projet (temps, coûts et qualité) afin de livrer des mandats performants respectant les engagements clients et les standards de l’organisation;
- Assurer la qualité des livrables remis aux clients et veiller au respect des standards de l’organisation;




- Maintenir à jour les données, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance du département;
- Produire des rapports sur les calendriers, la capacité et l’utilisation des ressources
- Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus, outils et pratiques opérationnelles;
- Soutenir l’équipe et collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes afin d’assurer une exécution efficace des mandats.

SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

- Internal client satisfaction levels;
- Customer satisfaction (NPS);
- Successfully deliver projects in accordance with client specifications and SPI standards;
- Achieve consultants’ and trainers’ utilization targets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- University degree or certificate;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
