This senior role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing reporting, budgeting, and supporting a small accounting team. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards while enhancing financial processes and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting operations across multiple business units
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual statements




- Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Mentor and support an accounting team of 2-4 staff

Requirements:
