Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook grilled items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
- Handle food safely, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in meal preparation for various menu items as needed
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
- Follow all safety procedures related to kitchen equipment and food handling





Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Strong understanding of meal preparation, especially grilling techniques
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
