We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and experienced Cook to join our team. You’ll learn our signature soup recipes, receive hands-on training, and help prepare the fresh soups our customers know and love.

Our cooks start bright and early at 6:00 a.m., preparing fresh batches of soup so everything is hot, delicious and ready for our customers when we open our doors.

What Your Day Will Look LikeCooking & Kitchen Prep

- Prepare high-quality hot and cold foods following Piping Kettle recipes and standards.
- Cook our signature soups from scratch and ensure every batch is prepared consistently.
- Complete daily food preparation and keep prep stations organized and ready for service.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies and communicate when inventory is running low.
- Receive deliveries and ensure products are stored properly and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe kitchen, including work surfaces, shelving, refrigerators, coolers, walk-ins and storage areas.

Customer Service & Front of House We’re a small, team-focused environment, so everyone helps where needed!

Who We're Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous cooking or kitchen experience.
- Have proper knife skills and are comfortable with food preparation.
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Are dependable, punctual and ready to work.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Can stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in preparing fresh, quality food.
- Understand and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Have a positive attitude and are willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Are available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position that includes:
- Standing and walking throughout your shift.
- Frequent use of both hands, including wrist rotation, flexing and gripping.
- Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.

Hours & Availability Shifts are available Monday–Sunday and may range between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Applicants must have availability for early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
