We are located in the Burlington Centre Food Court and are currently hiring local team members from Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and Stoney Creek.

Position: Cook / Prep / Cashier

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position. Team members will be responsible for preparing and cooking food on a teppanyaki grill in front of guests, taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: Approximately 20–35 hours per week

Availability: Must be available to work weekends

Location: Burlington Centre, Burlington, Ontario

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, debit, and credit payments
- Prepare and cook teppanyaki dishes to order on a high-temperature grill
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Manage delivery and mobile orders accurately
- Provide a positive and exceptional guest experience
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy periods
- Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food-service, cooking, or cashier experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume,



fast-paced environment
- Able to work safely and comfortably around heat and a hot grill
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remember customer orders
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Versatile and willing to assist with different restaurant duties
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive feedback
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Must be available to work weekends

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
